Polis ekiplerinin de destek verdi\u011fi denetimlerde, halk\u0131n t\u00fcketimine sunulmak \u00fczere haz\u0131rlanan sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z ve bozulmu\u015f etler ele ge\u00e7irildi. Denetimler s\u0131ras\u0131nda tek tek a\u00e7\u0131lan et depolar\u0131nda yap\u0131lan kontroller sonucunda, hijyenik olmayan \u015fartlarda saklanan, kokmu\u015f ve bozulmu\u015f etlere rastland\u0131. Uzman ekipler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan ilk incelemelerde, ele ge\u00e7irilen yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 ton etin insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kesinlikle uygun olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlendi. Bozuk etlerin \u00f6zellikle lokanta ve benzeri toplu t\u00fcketim yap\u0131lan i\u015fletmelerde, vatanda\u015flara yedirilmek \u00fczere haz\u0131rland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tespit edildi. Ele ge\u00e7irilen bozuk etler, zab\u0131ta ve g\u0131da kontrol ekipleri taraf\u0131ndan\u00a0\u015eanl\u0131urfa\u00a0B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi&#8217;ne ait \u00c7\u00f6p Merkezi\u2019ne g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclerek burada usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde imha edildi. Halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hi\u00e7e sayan bu giri\u015fime kar\u015f\u0131 sert \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nd\u0131. Denetim sonras\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131ks\u0131z etlerin bulundu\u011fu depolar, m\u00fch\u00fcrlenerek faaliyetten men edildi.
