Yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 bin 500 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcy\u00fc kapsayan uygulama, \u015eanl\u0131urfa \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015f birli\u011fiyle hastane ortam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TEST\u0130 REDDEDEN S\u00dcR\u00dcC\u00dcLER G\u00d6REV ALAMAYACAK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uyu\u015fturucu test sonucu negatif \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclere S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc Kimlik Kart\u0131 verilecek. Pozitif \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ise do\u011frulama testinin ard\u0131ndan tedavi s\u00fcrecine y\u00f6nlendirilecek. Teste kat\u0131lmayan ya da s\u00fcreci reddeden s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler ticari ara\u00e7larda g\u00f6rev alamayacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00dcR\u00dcC\u00dc K\u0130ML\u0130K KARTI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N BEL\u0130RLENEN S\u00dcRE NE ZAMAN DOLUYOR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Uygulama kapsam\u0131nda t\u00fcm s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerin 30 Ocak 2026 tarihine kadar testlerini tamamlamas\u0131 zorunlu olacak.
