Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi, \u015firketin mali s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 nedeniyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konkordato ba\u015fvurusunu reddetti ve ge\u00e7ici m\u00fchletin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verdi.
