Ola\u011fan Kurultay\u0131&#8217;na ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131lan iptal davas\u0131 bug\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Ankara 42. Asliye Hukuk Mahkemesi&#8217;nde g\u00f6r\u00fclen ve &#8220;mutlak butlan&#8221; talebi i\u00e7eren davada, kritik duru\u015fma sonu\u00e7land\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reddedildi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CHP\u2019nin 4-5 Kas\u0131m 2023 tarihlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen 38. Mahkeme davay\u0131 \u201ckonusuz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d gerek\u00e7esiyle reddedebilir, duru\u015fmay\u0131 ileri bir tarihe erteleyebilir ya da \u201cmutlak butlan\u201d karar\u0131 verirse Kemal K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7daro\u011flu y\u00f6netiminin yeniden CHP\u2019nin ba\u015f\u0131na ge\u00e7mesinin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131labilirdi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u00fctf\u00fc Sava\u015f\u2019tan Yeni Hamle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>CHP\u2019de bir ba\u015fka geli\u015fme de Hatay B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 L\u00fctf\u00fc Sava\u015f\u2019tan geldi.
