Mahkumlara tahliye yolunu a\u00e7abilecek d\u00fczenlemeler ile \u00e7e\u015fitli su\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik yeni yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GENEL KURUL YARIN TOPLANIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meclis Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu karar\u0131yla, \u201cT\u00fcrk Ceza Kanunu ile Baz\u0131 Kanunlarda De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Kanun Teklifi\u201d yar\u0131n TBMM Genel Kurulu\u2019nda ele al\u0131nacak. Teklifin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerine sal\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015flanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>TBMM Ba\u015fkanvekili Bekir Bozda\u011f, tekliflerin kabul edilmesinin ard\u0131ndan birle\u015fimi yar\u0131n saat 15.00\u2019te toplanmak \u00fczere kapatt\u0131. Genel Kurul\u2019da, kamuoyunun yak\u0131ndan takip etti\u011fi 11. Yarg\u0131 Paketi masaya yat\u0131r\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DOSYADA NELER VAR?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adalet Komisyonu\u2019nda kabul edilen d\u00fczenlemeler kapsam\u0131nda; bili\u015fim su\u00e7lar\u0131, doland\u0131r\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, trafikte i\u015flenen su\u00e7lar ve toplu alanlarda meydana gelen olaylara ili\u015fkin \u00f6nemli de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn, ni\u015fan, asker u\u011furlamas\u0131 gibi kalabal\u0131k ortamlarda i\u015flenen su\u00e7larda cezalar\u0131n yar\u0131 oran\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.
