Teklifte dikkat \u00e7eken maddelerden biri de Genel Sa\u011fl\u0131k Sigortas\u0131 (GSS) prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik d\u00fczenleme oldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2016 \u00d6NCES\u0130 GSS BOR\u00c7LARI TAMAMEN S\u0130L\u0130N\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kanun teklifine eklenen h\u00fckme g\u00f6re, 1 Ocak 2016\u2019dan \u00f6nceki d\u00f6neme ait \u00f6denmemi\u015f t\u00fcm GSS prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131 ile bu bor\u00e7lara ili\u015fkin gecikme zamm\u0131 ve cezas\u0131 gibi fer\u00ee alacaklar\u0131n tahsilat\u0131ndan tamamen vazge\u00e7ilecek. D\u00fczenleme ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 milyon 477 bin ki\u015finin bor\u00e7 y\u00fck\u00fcnden kurtulaca\u011f\u0131, toplamda 3 milyar 258 milyon liral\u0131k alaca\u011f\u0131n silinece\u011fi belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00dcZENLEME K\u0130MLER\u0130 KAPSAYACAK?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131land\u0131rmalara ra\u011fmen bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyemeyen, gelir testine girmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in y\u00fcksek prim bor\u00e7lar\u0131yla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan veya geliri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in prim \u00f6demelerini aksatan vatanda\u015flar d\u00fczenlemenin ana hedef kitlesi aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"11. B\u00f6ylece sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetlerine eri\u015fimde e\u015fitlik sa\u011flanmas\u0131 hedefleniyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 KORUMA ALTINDAK\u0130LER \u0130\u00c7\u0130N YEN\u0130 UYGULAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ici Koruma Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde yap\u0131lan g\u00fcncellemeyle 1 Ocak 2026\u2019dan itibaren ge\u00e7ici koruma stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki yabanc\u0131lardan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti i\u00e7in kat\u0131l\u0131m pay\u0131 al\u0131nacak. \u00d6deme g\u00fcc\u00fc bulunmayanlar\u0131n talepleri h\u00e2linde bu bedeller iade edilecek.
